2. Position the trolley assembly at the end of the beam
so the side of the trolley with the auger mounts,
are on the same side of the beam as the drive
motor
.
Slide the trolley assembly onto the beam with the
trolley wheels riding along the top of the bottom
beam flange. See Figure 9 (4-Unit Trolley Shown)
1. Mount the Drive Cluster Assembly to the end of the
beam as shown in Figure 8. Secure the drive cluster
to the beam using four (4) 1/2-13 x 1 1/2” bolts, lock
washers and nuts.
1. To allow the trolley assembly to be slid onto the
beam, remove the clamp(s) at the end opposite
the drive cluster
- keeping the beam clamped on
the drive cluster end.
Keep hands and fingers away from the
trolley wheels and immediate area. Seri-
ous injury can occur or be pinched by the
wheels.
WARNING
3. After the trolley assembly has been slid on, replace
the clamp(s) opposite the drive cluster end that were
removed.
Note: There are clips welded along the inside of the
beam which will be used to secure the electrical cord
once it has been routed.
4. Roll the trolley along the length of the beam and
check to make sure bolt heads, clips, or other objects
do not interfere with trolley movement.
