Inserting the CD-ROM reader pack

Turn the system over and power on.

If you are running the Windows 95 operating system, your system auto-
matically identifies the correct CD-ROM drivers.

However, if you are running the Windows for WorkGroups operating
system, you will need to select “CD-ROM configuration” from the
Startup menu after the Post Summary Information screen appears.

Customizing Your System with the VersaBay II

It’s easy to customize your NEC Versa using the VersaBay II. If you find
you require additional hard disk space or increased battery longevity, simply
remove one device and plug in an optional hard disk drive or battery.
