Select “Refill Hard Drive.”

Select the Alt + I keys to agree to the license agreement.

Select “Refill from System Restore CD.”

When the process completes, press
Enter
and remove the Restore CD.
Reboot your system and reset system parameters.

When TSC receives a call from you, a technician attempts to diagnose your
problem over the telephone. The technician determines if your problem re-
quires troubleshooting your system remotely with the Remote Support Ses-
sion software that comes on your bootable NEC diskette.
