9-52 Upgrading Your Server

Change the cable connection as the following procedures.

Remove the end of the interface cable that is plugged into the SAS (or SATA) connectors
on the mother board.

Reinstall the end of the interface cable just removed into the connector on the RAID
controller.

IMPORTANT:

Connect the cables to the disk array controller before

installing the PCI riser module assembly to the chassis.
