the rotor insert can be recognised by the diameter of the
dispensable products stamped on the part.
to assemble or replace the rotor insert and the shims,
extract the rotor from the machine by acting as follows:
unscrew the screws intended to fasten the release mo- -
tor and extract the assembly;
lever up to extract the insert from the rotor;
-
replace the insert by pressing it into the rotor and make -
sure that all points are coupled;
to enable the rotor to dispense four rows of cans, insert
-
three anti-theft links into the slots (see fig. 19). The links
will prevent the cans from running into the rotor when it
is partially empty. the links must be inserted into slots
B-D-e for 250 cc cans and into slots a-c-e for 330 -
355 cc. cans
couple the new shim into the slots at the right end of -
the column.

umbEr of rows
For bottles from 234 to 285 mm in height, you can ar- -
range the column for dispensing in single row only.
Bottles between 196 and 233 mm in height must be
-
dispensed in double row.
cans above 116 mm in height must be dispensed in
-
triple row.
cans below 116 mm in height can be dispensed in
-
quadruple row.
To configure a column with the number of rows you wish,
mount the proper side product support and arrange the
number of free slots on the motor control cam.
to mount the side support, insert the tongue into the slot
at the back of the slide-in area and secure it in the front
by means of a screw (see fig. 21). Close the slots of the
cam by using the detachable inserts on the cam, as it is
specified by fig. 22.
