Chapter 4 Operation Guide
Press the ON button on the panel for 1S to start the inverter system. 30S later, close the output
switch of the UPS, the UPS will invert to output normally. Measure the output voltage and
frequency of the UPS is normal by multimeter.
Normal => Step 6
Abnormal => Step 12
After the output is normal, it is necessary to close the output switch of the main UPS again.
But the main UPS should be on.
Step 6 Start the UPS2 according to Step1 to Step3.
Step 7 Measure whether the output voltage and frequency of the UPS2 is normal (the output switch
of UPS2 is off).
Normal => Step 8
Abnormal => Step 12
Step 8 Measure whether the output voltage difference of the UPS 1 and UPS 2 is normal.
If the voltage difference of the two UPSs is less than 10V, it means the phase-lock of the two
UPSs in mains status is normal.
Normal => Step 9
Abnormal =>Step 12
Step 9 Disconnect the mains switches of the two UPSs, measure whether the voltage difference for
output live wires of the two UPSs is normal.
If the voltage difference is less than 10V, it means the phase-lock of the two UPSs in battery
status is normal.
Normal => Step 10
Abnormal => Step 12
Step 10 Close the output switch of UPS 2, and measure whether the paralleled three-phase output
voltage is normal.
If the measured voltage is less than 5V, it means the output of the UPS 2 is normal.
Normal => Step 11
Abnormal =>Step 12
Step 11 Close the mains switches of the two UPSs, and measure whether the paralleled output loop
current is normal.
