WHAT TO DO IF YOUR APPLIANCE DOES NOT WORK

The bowl is not on the motor block or it is
incorrectly positioned on the engine block. The lid
is not properly locked in place.
Remove the bowl from the engine block, properly
lock the lid in place and put the assembled set
back on the motor block. If the fault persists, bring
the appliance to the After Sales Service
“E4” display
Appliance overheating. The appliance has been
used too intensively or with too many ingredients.
Leave the appliance to rest for 30 mins, then turn it
off and back on again using the main switch (0/1).
Reduce the quantities of ingredients in the bowl.
If the error reappears quickly, increase the resting
time or reduce the ingredients. If the fault persists,
bring the appliance to the After Sales Service

Temperature sensor overheating.
Leave the bowl to cool for 30 mins and then turn
it off back on again using the main switch (0/1).
Be sure to cook the ingredients with a minimum
amount of fat or water depending on the recipe
being used. If the problem persists, return the
appliance to the After Sales Centre, indicating the
error displayed.
“E6” display
Product failure
Bring the appliance to the After Sales Centre,
indicating the error displayed.
