Essential Performance 

•

 Laser output level shall be within ±20% / -30% of output set level. 

•

 No loss of operation and control of the unit 

•

 No operation mode change (change to safe side is acceptable) 

•

 No back up data destruction 

If the essential performance is lost or degraded due to electromagnetic disturbance, unexpected operation mode 

change or error will be occurred.
