Access
to
the
Electronics
Box
1.
Remove the keyboard / Monitor drawer:
o
Unscrew the connector to remove power cord
o
Remove the all other connections
o
Remove the four screws securing the drawer to the cart.
o
Pull the Keyboard monitor drawer from the cart
2.
Remove the top cover of the electronics box (remove 8 Phillips type screws).
Access
to
the
Heated
Box
CAUTION:
It is suggested to let the heated box and all components cool to ambient
temperature before the Heated Box is opened.
o
Side Access
•
Access to Heated box is through the Left side panel.
CAUTION:
Exposed metal bolts may be Hot
Note:
Do not remove the exposed bolts
•
Unscrew the four Philips screws along the left edge of the top cover, if
the screws are not removed the Plexiglas top will interfere with the side
panel removal.
•
Unscrew the six Phillips screws found in recessed area ( holes cut out in
Plexiglas cover
Note:
The Screws are not captured they may fall from the cover during
removal
•
Lift the cover up (towards the top of the cart) then pullout to remove the
cover.
CAUTION:
The cover and internal components may be Hot.
o
Top Access
•
Remove the nine Phillip screws on the top cover to remove the Plexiglas
cover
•
Remove the black insulation, note orientation
•
Remove the nine stand offs and remove the black metal cover
•
Remove the yellow insulation
•
Remove the 12 Phillip screws then remove the metal cover
