MKS MultiGas High-Speed Gas Sampling Cart 

2.

 

Plug power cable into the power module on the rear of the MultiGas unit. 

3.

 

Plug in supplied Ethernet cable. 

4.

 

Connect the ¼” female Swagelok quick connect (provided in the MultiGas accessory box) 
with the Teflon

®

 line on the cart. 

5.

 

Connect the female quick connect with the male quick connect found on the MultiGas. 

 

 

Step 5:  Install the Extended Dewar 

1.

 

Unpack the Dewar from the shipping box 

      Note: 

Check the shipping box for visible damage 

2.

 

Follow the installation instructions provided in the maintenance section of this manual.
