1.
Verify that system has been properly installed, including connection of Nitrogen and Span
gases at the rear of the system, and proper connection to toxic exhaust line.
2.
Turn MV1 valve at front top of system, to Span/N
2
position.
3.
Turn MV2 to the N
2
position.
4.
Set the N
2
pressure regulator to 20 psig.
5.
Set FM2 to 5 lpm.
6.
Nitrogen flow for instrument purge splits off from the same source
a.
Remove the face cover from the MultiGas
b.
Set purge flow for Modulator and Detector to 0.2 lpm
7.
Turn MV2 to the Span Gas position.
8.
Set the Span Gas pressure regulator to 20 psig
9.
Set FM2 to 5 lpm.
