(6) Ethernet connection
• Strip the outer insulation layer at both ends of the cable by the length shown below to expose the braided
shield for grounding. (For grounding with cable clamps. (refer to Section 5.4.3.))
• Attach the ferrite core to the cable in the position as illustrated below.
(a) When connecting to the Ethernet interface
(b) When connecting to the multimedia unit (GT16M-MMR)
(7) External I/O device connection
• Strip the outer insulation layer at both ends of the cable by the length shown below to expose the braided
shield for grounding. (For grounding with cable clamps (Refer to Section 5.4.3.))
• Connect the braided shield to the connector with the connector cover.
• Twist power cables.
