6. To remove the heat exchanger assembly

(1) Remove  9 top panel fixing screws and remove it .(Pic.

 

)

(2) Remove  2 support fixing screws and remove it .(Pic.

)

(3) Remove the lid of EEV box fixing screw and remove it.(

 mark, Pic.

 

)

Remove 3 EEV box  fixing screws and remove it.(

 mark, Pic.

 

)

(4) Remove 2 screws on the left side panel.(Pic.

)

(5) Remove 3 screws on the back side panel.(Pic.

)

(6) Remove 4 screws on the right side panel and pull the heat exchanger assembly to the right. (Pic.

)

7. To remove the running capacitor of fan motor

(1) Remove the fan motor assembly.

(See No.4)

(2) Remove faston terminal.
(3) Remove the running capacitor

fixing screw and remove it.

8. To remove the Electronic Expansion Valve (EEV)

(1) Remove the heat exchanger assembly.(See No.9)
(2) Remove the coil of EEV by pull out on the top.
(3) Remove welded part of EEV by welding.(
