Change Gearbox Oil
1. Lift up the cover over the top of the hydraulic oil reservoir to expose the extended tube with the
fill/breather on the top.
2. Place a suitable container under the drain plug located on the side of the gearbox opposite the
output shaft. Remove the plug and allow all oil to drain from the gearbox through the hole in the
support plate.
3. After all oil is drained, replace the drain plug and tighten securely.
4. On the side of the gearbox locate the level plug. Thoroughly clean the area around the level
plug and remove.
5. On the topside of the gearbox locate the extended fill/breather tube with the breather on top.
Thoroughly clean the area around the fill/breather and remove it from the tube.
6. Slowly fill the gearbox with 75w90 Synthetic Oil until the level reaches the level plug hole. The
gearbox capacity to the level plug hole is approximately 2-1/2 gallons.
7. Replace and tighten the level plug. Inspect and clean the fill/breather after proper level is
reached. Replace and tighten the fill/breather securely to the extended tube.
WARNING
DO NOT operate the bagger unless all guards or covers are secured in place.
Moving parts inside could cause serious injury or death.
8. Close the cover before operating.
