Switching off Sintering Oven

1. 

Switch the 

sintering oven

 off at the mains switch.

Caution

Risk of burns from the residual heat of the high-temperature oven!

The heating chamber can retain a significant amount of residual heat 

even when the 

sintering oven

 is switched off. There is a risk of burns 

from the heating chamber walls and the oven door.
Therefore:

Make sure the 

sintering oven

 has cooled down sufficiently before 

carrying out any work on it. It takes at least 4 hours for the 

sintering 

oven

 to cool down from the maximum temperature to around room 

temperature.
