System lock

The system lock prevents the appliance being switched on
unintentionally, by children for example.

It is deactivated as standard. To use this function, the rele-
vant factory default setting needs to be changed (see
"Settings > Safety").

If the system lock has been activated, the

symbol appears

in the display when you switch the appliance on again.

Unlocking the appliance

Switch on the appliance.

A message will appear in the display.

To unlock the appliance, touch and hold your finger on the
lock symbol

for approx. 6 seconds.

You can then use the appliance as normal.

The system lock is activated automatically a few seconds
after the appliance has been switched off.
