Procedure

Prepare the meat.

Remove the food probe from its holder located behind the
fascia panel.

Fully insert the metal tip of the food probe into the centre of
the meat. Make sure that the handle is angled upwards.

Place the food in the oven.

Select the function you want.

Change the recommended and/or core temperature if
needed.

If the food probe is not detected, change its position in the
meat.
