• With selector switch (optional accessory)
The selector switch has two positions, with automatic return to the
centre (
fig. 41
).
(*) This item must be compiled by the person who programmed
the automation.
• Control with safety devices out of order
If the safety devices are out of order or malfunctioning, it is still
possible to control the door.

Activates the gate command (with remote control or key-
operated selector switch). The door will open normally if there
is the consent of the safety devices, otherwise the command
must be activated and held within 3 seconds.

After about 2 s the door will move in “hold-to-run” mode, in
other words until the command is pressed the door will con-
tinue to move; the door will stop as soon as the command is
released.
If the safety devices are out of service, the automation must be
repaired as soon as possible.

Gate control
• With radio transmitter
The radio transmitter is ready for use and the four keys have the
following functions (
fig. 40
):

This guide should be stored in an accessible location and made
available to all users of the automation.
11.1 -
Safety instructions
• Keep an eye on the moving door and keep at a safe dis-
tance until the door has completely opened or closed;
do not cross the opening until the door has completely
opened and stopped.
• Do not allow children to play near the door or with its
controls.
• Keep the transmitters out of the reach of children.
• Stop using the automation system immediately if you
notice anything abnormal (strange noise or jerky move-
ments); failure to observe this warning may result in seri-
ous danger and accidents.
• Do not touch any components while they are moving.
• Have periodic checks made according to the instructions
provided in the maintenance schedule.
• Maintenance operations and repairs can only be per-
formed by qualified technicians.
OPERATING GUIDE
In case of a gearmotor fault, the motor release can be used to
check whether the fault is in the release mechanism.
01.
Turn the release cap cover anti-clockwise until it coincides
with the hole with the release pin.
02.
Insert the key in the release pin.
03.
Turn the key anti-clockwise by about 90° until the gate is
released

Manually releasing or locking the gearmotor
(fig. 42)
WS1SK-WS1SC are equipped with a mechanical system that
enables manual opening and closing of the gate (i.e. as if there is
not a gearmotor).
The manual operation must be carried out in case of power failure
or system malfunction. In case of power failure the buffer battery
can be used (optional accessory PR1).
