30 The “File Manager”
With the “File Manager”, data on a USB data storage medium and the built-in hard-disk can
be managed and processed, similar to a file manager on a PC.
Plug the memory stick (removable storage medium) into the USB port while the TV is
switched on and running.
Call “File Manager”
• Press button to open the "Functional overview".
• Select "Filemanager" with the cursor and press the button.
• Select the source medium with the cursor and press the button.
• Select the target medium with the cursor and press the button.
• Select the file to be copied with the cursor.
• Change to the grey middle selection column using the cursor; select, for instance, "Copy";
and press the button.
The copying process begins.
The copying process can also run in stand-by mode. This means that the image is turned
off and the unit will shut itself down once the copying process has finished.
