II. PLACEMENT/USE OF THERMOMETER
1. Always use a deep fry thermometer when cooking with an outdoor cooker. Refer to Instructions For Using A
Thermometer With Outdoor Cookers on pg. 21 before operating the cooking appliance or using the thermometer.
2. Place the themometer provided with the appliance into the thermometer clip on the inside of the pot. Make sure the
probe is immersed in the cooking liquid when the appliance is in operation. Refer to below diagram for proper
thermometer placement.
III. ASSEMBLY/USE OF RACK
The rack supplied with this appliance provides you with a numerous array of cooking options. Please Read and
Understand the following instructions for correct assembly and use of the rack and accessories.
A. Assembly/Use of Rack for Turkey Frying:
1. Remove nuts from threaded ends of Turkey Stabilizer (“V”).
2. Insert threaded ends of Turkey Stabilizer (“V”) through holes in back of rack as per Figure 1, pg. 30
3. Apply nuts and tighten.
