The operating instructions provided with the tool shall direct the user to
secure the tool to supporting structure if, during normal operation, there is
a tendency for the tool to tip over, slide, or walk on the supporting surface.

MITER SAW
1.
Always wear eye protection when using the compound miter saw.

REPLACEMENT PARTS
When servicing use only identical replacement parts.
Repairs should be conducted only by a metabo HPT authorized service
center.
USE PROPER EXTENSION CORD
Make sure your extension cord is in good condition. When using an extension cord, be sure to use one heavy enough to carry the current your product will
draw. An undersized cord will cause a drop in line voltage resulting in loss of power and overheating. Table shows the correct size to use depending on cord
length and nameplate ampere rating. If in doubt, use the next heavier gage. The smaller the gage number, the heavier the cord.
