9. Cleaning
Periodically remove chips, dust and other waste material from the surface
of the power tool, especially from the inside of the lower guard with a
damp, soapy cloth. To avoid a malfunction of the motor, protect it from
contact with oil or water.
10. Service parts list
CAUTION:
Repair,
modi

cation and inspection of metabo HPT Power Tools
must be carried out by a metabo HPT Authorized Service Center.
This Parts List will be helpful if presented with the tool to the
metabo HPT Authorized Service Center when requesting repair
or other maintenance. In the operation and maintenance of power
tools, the safety regulations and standards prescribed in each
country must be observed.

Accordingly, some parts may be changed without prior notice.
SERVICE AND REPAIRS
All quality power tools will eventually require servicing or replacement
of parts because of wear from normal use. To assure that only authorized
replacement parts will be used and that the double insulation system will be
protected, all service (other than routine maintenance) must be performed
by an AUTHORIZED metabo HPT POWER TOOL REPAIR CENTER ONLY.
