LATCH-type (ISOFIX) mounting brackets

Before every journey, make sure that the LATCH-

type (ISOFIX) child restraint system is engaged

correctly in both mounting brackets in the vehicle.

with a Top Tether belt:
The risk of injury can be reduced by Top

Tether. The Top Tether belt enables an addi-

tional connection between the child

restraint system attached with LATCH-type

(ISOFIX) and the vehicle.

Top Tether anchorages

are located on the back

of the rear bench seat on the bench seat legs.

If necessary, move the head restraint upwards

(

page 75).

Install the LATCH-type (ISOFIX) child restraint

system with Top Tether. Comply with the child

restraint system manufacturer's installation

instructions.
