Define an interface with the following parameters:

Example

Alias

A user-defined name for the interface,
using any combination of letters and
numbers.

VLAN
tag

The VLAN tag assigned to the
interface.

Trunk

Port aggregation in LAG mode (full,
separate). Enter the port numbers, as
required.

[P1] or [P2] = separate

[P1-2] = full

pkey

Partition Key (equivalent to a VLAN on
the InfiniBand side)

Note:

The user must first hand out this

PKey to the sRB-20210G from the
Switch.

IP address of the interface.

mask

Subnet mask of the interface.

To configure the PKey, refer to Partitioning, in

Chapter 13.

2.4

Setting Time and Date

The time of the sRB-20210G is synchronized with the switch. Setup is performed through the
switch. Refer to the Switch User Documentation for details on how to set up the time and date.

Default Settings

Table

2-1 provides a list that you can use to assist you in the installation process. Once you

have completed the list, you are ready to continue with first time configuration of the
sRB-20210G.
