12-1. I/O System Overview Fields
Parameter
Description
Unique ID (GUID)
Displays the Global Unique Identification number (GUID) of the
device which is the parallel of the MAC in the Ethernet world.
Node Name
Displays the user-assigned name of the node for easy identification.
IP Address
Displays the IP address of the node. This is the local IP address; it is
not related to the two 10 GbE ports which might have other IP
addresses.
Type
Specifies the I/O node type (in our case sRB-20210G).
Device ID
Displays the identification number of the device (known value for the
sRB-20210G).
Contact
String for contact name. It can be edited to any string in the
properties window.
Location
SNMP agent location.
Operational State
Displays the current node state. This window will always show the
node Operational State as Active. You can view disconnected nodes
via the Table View (which can be selected at the bottom of the
window). The Node Properties Window also shows the Operational
State as being down and the time and date the node was
disconnected. More explanations on these windows can be found in
the Switch User Documentation Suite listed in the Related
Documentation Section, at the beginning of this document.
Vendor
Displays the name of the vendor that manufactured the device.
Uptime
Date at which the node was activated or deactivated (up or down).

Description
Module Number
Position of the Module constant 1.
Line Number
Position of the sRB-20210G in the chassis.
System GUID
Shows the GUID of the Switch in which the I/O Gateway is installed.
I/O Port Information is available via the Port View, the Port Properties, and the Properties
panel.
You can also edit the sRB-20210G properties by right-clicking the sRB-20210G in the internal
structure frame (upper right panel) and selecting properties. In the window that opens, you can
see some properties that can be changed if you select the "manual name and IP".
sRB-20210G properties can also be viewed via the Table View.
