Start-up and operation
Only functions during “one lane”

0 = All lights off, green on request
1 = Autom. change, green inside and
outside
2 = Green outside continuously, green
inside on request
3 = Green inside continuously, green
outside on request
4 = Red inside and outside, green on
request
on: red lights on when gate is closed.
off: red lights off when gate is closed.

Clearing phase = pre-warn time
Green phase = hold open time
