Start-up and operation
6.3 Operating instructions for radio mts2000/02
The radio (item 91) can be retrofitted. The radio module is equipped with 2
channels, e.g. entrance and exit for one lane mode with automatic closing.
6.3.1
Assembly
1. De-energise the system before assembly.
2. Attach the radio plate to the intended connection point (refer to Fig. 4-1). The
setting and display elements for the radio plate must face the inside of the
housing.
3. The projectile antenna supplied should be in a vertical position. An external
antenna (item 477) can be fitted if range problems are experienced.
4. Re-energise system.
6.3.2
Setting instructions
1. The setting on the 10-pin code switch must match that of the handheld
transmitter.
2. The transmitter keys on the 4-pin code switch can be assigned channels, e.g.
setting for one lane operations with automatic closing (entrance, exit).
1 = On
2 = Off
3 = On
4 = On
