Start-up and operation

6.1

Programming gate control mts2000/02

To undertake programming, the gate control or gate system must be energised.
Malfunctions cannot generally be ruled out at this time. Therefore cordon the gate
system off from non-specialist staff. Ensure that you and your team have
sufficient safety equipment.

Energise the gate system:

Switch on master switch and/or plug in connector.

6.1.1

Controls of gate control mts2000/02

Gate control mts2000/02 is programmed using 4 keys (refer to Fig. 4-1) on the
control unit display board. The individual menu items of the control unit software are
shown on the display. The keys are suppressed and have to be held down for
around 1 second before they will respond.

Hardware settings (for more information, refer to Fig. 4-1)

Set according to the closing edge protection fitted

•

Apply jumper when system stop in open + closed position 1 is not

connected up and/or no testing is needed (e.g. with reflection light barriers)

Apply jumper when system stop in open + closed position 2 is not

connected up and/or no testing is needed (e.g. with reflection light barriers)
