The menu button [
] allows the user to select the computer that is to be con-
nected with the recorder. If the correct computer alias was selected, a connection
can be established using the [connect] button.
This menu will only be displayed if more than one computer was found. The [back]
button returns the user to the entry menu.
Once the recorder has established a connection to the computer, the following is
displayed:
Connected with PADSY:
Computer
Doctor
Back
Selecting [Back] or if the connection is lost brings the user back to the entry menu.
The PC displays the recorder assistant that guides the user through the recording
start process. Further explanation can be found in the user’s manual for the PADSY-
Holter Holter-ECG analysis software.
When the recording has started, the following appears:

Marker
Pressing the [Marker] button places a Marker in the recording after 300 msec, and is
confirmed with two beeps. A dead-time is maintained between two markers where
no additional markers can be added.
