For both, case and global logs, a
button is provided. It allows a user to delete all the
messages stored in the device. It is not possible to restore logs after clearing.
It’s also possible to export all the log files to an external device. In order to do so click
in the
lower left corner of this window:
An additional panel will appear providing a list of available drives connected to Mediaimager as
a target disks. Select on which drive the log file should be stored.
The selected device will be marked in green colour. At this point the
button will activate.
Click on it to save the report.
