4.8.3.1.
Going from automatic to manual mode
To go from
MANUAL
mode to
AUTOMATIC
mode, press button
no.4
so that the word
MAN
appears on the remote control display and the
bars for adjusting the flame power appear.
4.8.4.
Automatic mode with ECO-STOP
This mode modifies the action of the stove in
automatic mode.
When the temperature set by the user is reached the stove
modulates to power level 1 for a brief period of time and then,
provided that the temperature remains constant and greater than
the temperature set, shuts down. The stove starts up again
automatically only when the room needs to be heated again (not
before the time interval required for the stove to cool down). This
option is only recommended if the stove is operating in highly
insulated rooms or rooms in which a minimal amount of heat is
dispersed over time.
4.8.4.1.
Enabling/ disabling ECO-STOP mode
This mode allows you to optimise the consumption of the stove if it
is operating in well-insulated rooms.
This option can be selected in either manual or automatic mode by
pressing and holding down button
no. 4 for 5 seconds
.
The words
AUTO
and
ECO-STOP
will appear on the remote control
display at the same time.
To disable the ECO-STOP function, follow the same procedure.
Example of operation in ECOSTOP mode
If the room temperature detected by the remote control sensor is
15 °C and the temperature set is 20 °C the stove will go to the 5
th
power level (according to a default ramp). When the stove reaches
20 °C it will automatically shut down temporarily (STANDBY). When
the temperature in the room drops below the value set on the
remote control (e.g.: 18 °C ) and a enough time has passed since
the stove shut down, the stove will automatically restart and work
until 20 °C is reached again. If the temperature read from the room
sensor on the edge of the remote control remains above the value
set on the thermostat (e.g.: 20-21 °C ) the stove will remain off.
In this mode the user can start-up the stove by resetting the
thermostat temperature to a value higher than the temperature
inside the room or by switching the stove off and then on again. To
switch the stove off and on, press button
no. 3
for a few seconds
and then pressing it again to restart the stove.
You do not need to reset
ECO STOP
mode as it remains in the
memory from the last time the stove was used.
