Telephone operation

using the selection
wheel on the remote control and
press the selection wheel to confirm.
This switches the list to name display.
The number in the phone book asso-
ciated with the highlighted name is
shown in the status bar.
Selecting a list entry and establishing the
connection:
Press key

on the remote
control to select the desired entry.
Press key

on the remote con-
trol.
The telephone initiates the call to the
corresponding number.
Speed dial
Call up the Telephone main menu

page 283).
Open the keypad cover on the re-
mote control and for dialing press the
key


for longer than
2 seconds.
The telephone establishes the con-
nection with the stored number.
Establishing a connection
After entering the phone number

on the re-
mote control.
Ending a call
Press

on the remote control.
The call is activated the moment the oth-
er party answers the call. The call display
appears. The duration of the call is dis-
played in the status bar.
