Deleting individualization
From the individualization menu,
press the

key on the remote con-
trol to select
Delete individualizati-
on

Press

on the remote control.
A prompt appears, which asks if you
really want to delete the data.
Press

on the remote control to

Yes
if you want to delete the
data.
Press the

key on the remote con-
trol.
The individualization data are delet-
ed.
Activation of the Reset function allows
resetting of COMAND to factory settings.
In addition, it allows deletion of:
SMS: Deleting all SMS messages.
Navigation: Deleting all entries in the
Destination memory and in the Last
destination memory.
Activating reset function
Call up the System menu
(
page 224).
Select item
Reset
using the selection
wheel on the remote control and
press the selection wheel to confirm.
A prompt appears asking if resetting
the system and deleting the data is
really intended.
If you want to reset the system, press

on the remote control to se-
lect item

Press key

on the remote control.
A promt appears again asking wheth-
er or not resetting the system and de-
leting the data is really intended.
If you want to reset the system, press
