Troubleshooting Guide 

 

Overlay and Keypad Replacement 

Complete this procedure in a clean room as allowing dirt or other foreign material under the overlay can 

result in damage to the console. 

1.

 

Remove the console back cover.  

2.

 

Unplug the overlay ribbon cables. 

3.

 

Remove the keypad from the front of the console.  

4.

 

Remove the overlay from the console.  

5.

 

Install the replacement keypad and overlay. 

6.

 

Reverse the steps to reassemble the console.
