Troubleshooting Guide 

 

Image of Foot on the Control Zone (C50) 

Console shows image of a 

foot on the control zone

Check the wire 

connections and ensure 

wires are not pinched.

Check for and remove any 

items that are pressing on 

the control zone.

IR signal

Clean the IR transmitter 

per the Maintenance 

section in the Owner’s 

Manual.

Remove the object 

blocking the IR 

transmitter signal.
