Handlebar Keypad Failure

Follow these steps to troubleshoot the handlebar keypad:

When a handlebar key does not work, first measure the pins with AVO meter to verify if
the keypad is faulty.
o
Measure the resistance of the keypad:
"Ω"
position on AVO meter, press the keypad—
keypad is good if the
value <200Ω.
o
Repeat the step above to measure the other side of the keypad. (Figure 3)
