Troubleshooting Guide
Workouts Do Not Post to ViaFit/ViewFit

Workouts do not post to
ViaFit/ViewFit
Verify the console is
connected to your ViaFit/
ViewFit account.
Wake up or power on the
console.
Wait for the Wi-
Fi icon to stop blinking
before pressing the check
mark button to advance
past the SELECT USER
screen.
Does the
console display
“UPDATING USER INFO”
before showing your
name?
Yes
Press the up arrow and
then the down arrow on
the console to force it to
attempt to connect to
ViaFit/ViewFit again.
No
The console has connected to
ViaFit. Press the Enter button to
select yourself as a user and then
start the workout as normal.
Additional Information:
•
To verify that the console is connected to your ViaFit/ViewFit account, go to
(North America) or
(global). The console should display in
your Equipment Profile when you log in.
•
After the Wi-Fi icon stops blinking, the console should display “UPDATING USER INFO” before
showing your name. If it displays your name without first showing “UPDATING USER INFO”,
press the up arrow
(↑)
and then the down arrow
(↓)
on the console to force it to attempt to
connect to ViaFit/ViewFit again. (The “UPDATING USER INFO” message shows when the console
is connecting to ViaFit/ViewFit so that it can send the workout information. It needs to connect
before you start the workout in order for workout tracking to work correctly.)
Passport Player Does Not Sync with the Console

Passport Player does not

Check for a software
update.
Reset power on the
Passport Player and the
equipment.
Verify the player is within
25-30 feet of the
equipment.
Make sure there is a clear
path between the player
and the equipment.
