Important:

Always check for signs of wear or damage before starting your exercise. If damaged, do not use this product.

Children should exercise only under supervision of an adult.

If you start to feel light headed, dizzy or nauseous, immediately stop exercising.
6.
Not suitable for persons with a pre-existing medical condition, elders and small children.

Make sure you have enough space for exercising, remove all glass or sharp objects, avoid exercising close to sharp
edges etc.
8.
Exercises should be executed in a smooth and light manner. Avoid fast, abrupt movements.
Aerobic exercises
The step can be used either for easy and light exercises or for a high-tension training. However, you should never be out of
breath. Take care of your breathing. If you are a beginner, exercise only for 3-4 minutes at the beginning and gradually extend
the work out time. At the end of the exercising session gradually lower the tension. Do not forget to stretch after exercising for
not less than 3-4 minutes. A proper stretching can prevent muscle fatigue and cramps.
Your whole sole should be in contact with the stepping platform. Do not stick your butt out and exercise diagonally.
