Tire
Check the tire on each wheel for wear, cracks,
insufficient air pressure or other abnormality.
If the air pressure is excessive or insufficient,
adjust it to an appropriate level. If the tire is
significantly worn, cracked, etc., replace it with
new tire. The tire must be replaced once the slip
sign appears.
Contact your Maruyama dealer to replace.
Standard air pressure: 240 kPa
Wheel
Be sure wheel nuts are not loose at regular
intervals.
(Initially after 50 hours and every 100 hours
thereafter.)
Tighten the nuts in the order specified below.
Tightening torque: 115 N•m
Axle
Be sure fixing bolts are not loose at regular
intervals.
(Initially after 50 hours and every 100 hours
thereafter.)
After loosening the lock nut and retightening the
fixing bolts, Tighten the lock nut.
Caution If the tire pressure is too high, the tire
tends to wear unevenly. If the tire
pressure is too low, a flat tire occurs
easily.
The grooves have worn and the slip
sign has appeared.
Replacement is required.
