REPLACE Transmission oil filter (hydrostatic pump)
-Use a spanner to unscrew the filter body 1 on the transmission pump to replace
the cartridge within 2.
-Remove cartridge 2.
-Clean the mount of the filter and filter body 1 with a wet clean cloth that does not
leave lint.
-Replace cartridge 1 with a new one having the same characteristics (see: 3 -
MAINTENANCE: FILTER ELEMENTS AND BELTS") and fill the filter body 1 with
hydraulic oil (see: 3 - MAINTENANCE: LUBRICANTS AND FUEL) then assemble it,
paying attention to proper positioning.
-Start the lift truck and check there are no leaks.
REPLACE Front axle differential oil
REPLACE Rear axle differential oil
Place the lift truck on level ground with the I.C. engine off and differential oil still warm.

Dispose of the drain oil in an ecological manner.
-Place a container under drain plugs 1 and unscrew them.
-Remove level plug 2 and filling plug 3 to facilitate draining.
-Fit the drain plugs 1 back on and tighten them (tightening torque: 34 to 49 Nm).
-Fill up with oil (
e
LUBRICANTS AND FUEL) through filler port 3.
-The level is correct when the oil reaches the hole of level 2.
-Check for any possible leaks at the drain plugs.
-Fit the level plug 2 back on and tighten it (tightening torque: 34 to 49 Nm). Do the same with level plug 3 (tightening
torque: 34 to 49 Nm).
-Perform the same operation on the differential of the rear axle.
