reason:
Checking method: Use the show port command to view whether the
physical signals are all up and check whether the cables are normal and
whether the device is normal; use the show protocol-state command to
view the spanning tree status.

and the parameter setting:
Checking method: View the configurations of the two communication sides
are normal.
