To solve the problem, do not configure the vlan dot1q-
tunnle drop command on the port on which QinQ is enabled
and let the common data be forwarded via basic QinQ, that is,
be forwarded via the pvid vlan of the port. Besides, it is
required that the egress port un-tags the pvid vlan, so as to
realize the transparent transmission of the common data via
the QinQ.
No matter whether the untag packet is configured with drop, it
is encapsulated with PVID on QinQ port and then is forwarded.
Fault 7: H02 cannot perform the QinQ data communication with Cisco
device.

The tpid of the out vlan tag
of Cisco QinQ data is not
0X8100.
SW2(config-port-0/23)#frame-tag tpid 0X9100
The tpid of the out tag of Cisco QinQ data may be 0X9100, but
the default tpid of the QinQ out tag of H02 is 0X8100. Here,
you can modify the tpid of the port to 0X9100, so as to realize
the interconnection with the QinQ of Cisco device.
The configured command:
