Tools:
• A Hexagonal Allen key, 8 mm
• A shim
• A 17 mm flat wrench
• A large flat screwdriver
• A torque wrench
• A repair kit for tyre with inner tube or a new tube.
• Talc
• Thread sealing lacquer
Disassembling the wheel:
• Lift the wheelchair and prop it to the side of the corresponding wheel.
• Turn off the power (ON / OFF key).
• Unscrew the 4 screws indicated at
26
, being careful to loosen the 2 locknuts behind the front rim.
• Remove the wheel from the wheel hub.
Wheel assembly:
The assembly is carried out in reverse order. Make sure that the wheel is remounted on the same side and in the same direction
as it was during disassembly.
• Tighten 4 screws to 30 Nm
• Tighten both locknuts on two of the four screws indicated at

.
Warning
If a wheel is not tight enough during assembly and / or the locknuts are not in place it may come off during a movement and cause
injury.
Repairing the Wheel:
• Remove the wheel following the previous procedure.
• Unscrew the valve cap.
• Release the air in the tyre by pressing the spring rod into the valve.
