9.2. Solving common problems
•
Centering the Joystick:
When this error occurs, it is usually because the Joystick is off center before and during the
switching on of the control system. The screen «Joystick moved» will be displayed for 5 seconds, then an error will be
recorded if the joystick doesn’t release.
=>
Make sure the joystick is centered and turn on the control system. It is better not to touch the joystick when it is being
switched on.
•
Low Battery:
This error occurs when the control system detects that the battery voltage is less than 16 V.
=>
Check the condition of the batteries and the connections to the control system.
•
High battery voltage:
This error occurs when the control system detects that the battery voltage exceeds 35V. The most
common cause of this error is the overcharging of the battery or bad connections between the control system and batteries.
=>
Check the condition of the batteries and the control system connections.
•
Brake failure:
This error occurs when the control system detects a problem with the magnetic breaks or their connections.
=>
Check magnetic brakes, cables and connections to the control system
=>
Check that the engine brake is not disabled (see section 7.4 Manual movement)
•
Engine failure:
This error occurs when the control system detects that the engine has been disconnected.
=>
Check the motor, cables and connections to the control system
• Active Inhibition:
This error occurs when one of the inhibitor switches is locked and active.
=> Restart the power. This will reset the lock mode, which can resolve the error.
=> Check all cables and switches connected to the inhibitor input indicated.

Standby:
The control system enters sleep mode when it has been idle beyond the Standby time set.
•
Charging:
This message is displayed when the control system detects that a charger is connected to inhibitor input 1 or
3. The battery charge screen appears when a charger is connected.
=> Disconnect the charger from the wheelchair.
•
Incorrect wiring:
This error occurs when the control system detects a fault in the wiring between two modules.
=> Check the continuity of all cables and connections as well as for the absence of pinch points
=> If a cable appears visibly damaged, replace it and restart the armchair cable.
=> Contact your service agent to obtain a replacement cable.
