The instruments of DLC

NET

series are equipped with 2 serial ports, one RS-485

and one RS-232 (on the expansion board -EB), for simultaneous connection of
remote display and thermal printer.

For the instrument equipped with -EB expansion board are available three different
combinations:



: printer RS-232 and remote display DLC3-RD RS-485



: RS-232 printer and remote display BEKA

BA488C RS-485



: remote display BEKA

BA488C RS-232 and RS-485 printer

Viceversa without -EB expansion board the only RS-485 port is available and two
configuration options:



: remote display DLC3-RD RS-485



: remote display BEKA

BA488C RS-485

Over 15 m it is necessary to use the RS485 port.

To change the serial port configuration:



Enter the

menu as described in paragraph 5.3.2.



Scroll through the button

until the

menu.
