6.3.1
Configurations of the
in flight amounts

The in flight amount is the quantity of product that flows inside the tank and on the
scale after the closure of the dosing valve and not yet weighted by the scale. If the
auto-correction (
) is off, you can set this amount manually by
menu with options
…
.
Set the in flight amount in way that compensates for the amount of product that
flows after the valve has been closed and still not weighted.
For more details on the logic operation see also paragraph 6.1.2.
In the case where the auto-correction of the amount of flight (
) is
enabled, the value of the quantity in flight will be dynamic, managed by the
instrument and visible from
menu.
To set the in flight amount:
From the main weight display screen, press the button
to enter the
top-level menu.
Use the button
to scroll through the menu items to the section
.
Press
to enter the menu.
Press
at any time to cancel and return to the previous menu.
The display will show
as a first option, equal to the queue for the
ingredient 1. Press
to edit the first queue, press
to cycle
instead edit the next queue.
Entering the edit menu of the single queue, the display will show
with the first digit flashing.
Use the button
to increase the digit and
to switch to editing
the next one.
After changing the parameter, press
.
At this point the instrument will show
and the procedure is
finished.
6.3.2
Pre-actions
configuration (
)
The pre-action is a quantity expressed in kg which defines the advance with which
is stopped the pump outlet than the outlet valve.
In this way it avoids to inlet pressure in the line by closing the valve before
stopping the pump. In the case where the pre-action is set to 0, valve and pump
will stop simultaneously.
