2.3 Warranty

The warranty starts from the date of the test report, has duration of 12 months and
is  subject  to  the  use  of  the  instrument  in  the  operating  conditions,  operating  and
maintenance  fixed  by  the  manufacturer  in  the  documentation  and  technical
descriptions  provided. The  warranty covers all parts of which  it  is established the
construction  defect;  this  excludes  all  parts  so  it  is  expected  wear  caused  by  the
use of the instrument.

In no event LOGIC S.r.l. shall bear the cost of charges for failure of production.

LOGIC S.r.l. is liable for defects resulting from normal use of the machine and not
those resulting from:

Lack of maintenance or calibration

Improper use of the instrument

Manumission, modification, maintenance by the customer without the

written permission of LOGIC S.r.l.
