(3) When you hear a “DI” sound (About 1 second), and the ambient light changes
from blue to flashing, it means the charger is active by the card.
⑷ If you want to stop charging, repeat step 2 and 3 .To stop charging, you can
unplug the plug for stop charging. For the socket mode of the charger, first unplug
the vehicle side then unplug the charger side.
●The RFID card can be configured locally and used locally. A charger can be
configured with up to three RFID cards. When the card is successfully swiped, the
charger will emit a beep, and when the card is unsuccessful, the charger will emit
two beeps (The interval is about 0.5 seconds.). Failure to swipe the card may be
due to unrecognized cards, unauthorized cards, damaged cards, etc. If you are
unable to swipe the card during use, please contact our after-sales service team.
●When using OCPP protocol for communication, the RFID card used must be a
card approved by the server. The charger connected to the server will emit two
beeps (The interval is about 0.5 seconds.) when performing a card swipe operation.
The first beep (About 1 second.) represents the charger accepting the card swipe
request, and the second beep (About 1 second.) represents the server responding
to the user operation. If the card swipe fails, when the server returns a response,
it will emit two beeps (The interval is about 0.5 seconds.). At this time, you need
to confirm with the operator whether the card is authorized successfully, or
contact the after-sales service team to help you confirm whether the card is
normal.
WARNING!
For the case B charger, there is an electronic lock inside the charger to keep the
charger connected stabilization during the charging process. When charging is
completed or a fault occurs, the electronic lock will automatically unlock, please
do not pull it forcibly.
