Installation: 

(1)  Reverse the above procedure. 
 
(2)  Be sure to properly install all electrical connections.  Refer to the electrical           

prints if necessary. 

 
20.   GAUGES: 

OIL TEMPERATURE, OIL PRESSURE, FUEL, VOLT, & HOUR METER: 

Removal: 

(1)  Remove the two thumb screws from the dash panel and lower it. 

 

(2)  Carefully remove the wires from the terminals of the gauge to be removed 

and mark their locations. 

 

(3)  Remove the fasteners securing the gauge to the dash panel and pull the 

gauge out from the front side of the dash. 

 

Installation: 

(1)  Reverse the above procedure. 

 

(2)  Be sure that the wires are correctly connected.  Check the wiring prints if 

necessary. 

 
21.   SWITCHES: IGNITION, HEAD LIGHTS: 

Removal: 

(1)  Remove the two thumb screws from the dash panel and lower it. 
 
(2)  Carefully disconnect the wires/contact block from the back side to the switch 

to be removed and mark their location. 

 
(3)  From the front side of the dash, remove the nut securing the switch to the 

dash panel.  On the ignition switch, remove the knob before the nut. 

 

Installation: 

(1)  Reverse the above procedure. 
 
(2)  Be sure that the wires are correctly connected.  Check the wiring prints if 

necessary.
