Obstruction in scissor 
assembly or under platform. 

Raise platform slightly and 
remove obstruction. 
 

WARNING:  Do not work under platform without scissor 
spreader in place. 

"Lower" valve on main 
manifold will not shift due to 
dirt or defective seals. 

Remove, clean valve with 
solvent, replace seals if 
necessary.  Reassemble 
and test.  If problem 
continues, consider other 
causes or replace valve.

Inline moisture filter has
